Short version: we collect your name, email, and phone number when you ask for a free resource, we use them to send you that resource and occasional marketing, we never sell your data, and you can leave any time.
Information you give us: your full name, email address, and phone number when you submit a form on this site. If you buy from us, our storefront (Stan) collects your billing details — we can see your order, but we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: our host (Vercel) records standard server and request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. If we add analytics or ad-tracking pixels in future, we will update this policy.
What we never want: please do not send us patient information, protected health information (PHI), or anything confidential from your workplace. Our forms and products are not built for it and it must not be submitted to us.
By submitting your information you agree to receive marketing emails and occasional SMS messages from Nurse Locker Co. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep your contact details for as long as you are on our list and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete them. Order and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.
The site is served over HTTPS, lead submissions are stored in access-controlled Google accounts, and we limit who can see them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This site is intended for adults working in or entering healthcare. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Our site and resources link to third parties such as Stan, Instagram, and AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Anything you enter into those services is governed by their privacy policies, not ours. In particular, be thoughtful about what personal or work details you type into AI tools.
We may update this policy as our business changes. The "last updated" date above will change when we do, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
