Nurse Locker Co. sells business and career education, planners, templates, and branding services. Nothing we provide is medical advice, nursing clinical guidance, legal advice, tax advice, or licensed financial or investment advice.
Our planners and trackers are organizational tools for your own personal use. They are not medical records systems and must never be used to store protected health information (PHI) or any patient-identifying information. You are solely responsible for complying with HIPAA, your employer's policies, and your state's nursing board rules at all times.
Any income figures, calculators, examples, or results discussed on this site are illustrations only. They are not a guarantee, promise, or projection of what you will earn.
The income calculator on our site is an interactive estimating tool. It multiplies numbers that you choose and does not account for platform fees, payment processing, advertising costs, refunds, or taxes. Your actual results depend entirely on factors we do not control, including your offer, your audience, your pricing, your market, your effort, and your consistency. Many people who buy business education make little or no money. You accept the entire risk of not earning back what you spend with us.

Purchases are processed by our third-party storefront (Stan) and its payment processors. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Digital products: because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. If a file is corrupted, will not download, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or replace it.
Services and programs: the Done-For-You Nurse Brand Launch Program and any coaching, mentorship, or consulting engagement is a booked service reserving our time and delivering custom work. Payments for these engagements are non-refundable once work has begun. Where a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for the full agreed amount. Specific deliverables, timelines, and revision limits will be set out in a separate service agreement provided before work starts, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Our done-for-you and mentorship offers require your participation. You agree to supply the content, assets, approvals, and account access needed to do the work, and to respond within a reasonable time. Delays caused by missing information may extend timelines. Chronic non-response for more than 30 days may be treated as abandonment of the engagement, without refund.
When you request a free resource, you provide your name, email, and phone number and consent to receive marketing emails and occasional text messages from us. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, or opt out of texts by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our site links to third-party platforms including Stan, Google, Instagram, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, pricing, availability, or how they handle your data. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it, submitting false information through our forms, or using it to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing material.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurse Locker, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost income, arising from your use of this site, our free resources, our products, or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product or service giving rise to that claim. Our materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nurse Locker, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our materials, the business you build with them, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
